This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the current exchange rate. The rooms are reasonably sized and come with all the necessities, including a balcony. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, just a short walk from the popular market.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Great air conditioning in the lobby. Clean rooms. Nice people, tho little English. Good breakfast.
Issues with key cards (having to be reprogrammed every time). Has the key card connected to electric, so rooms are HOT when you come back to them after being gone all day. Price was ok, but for about $6 US more, you can go to the Hilton, which has 24 dining and more amenities.

Excellent breakfast buffet, fresh choices, variety, 6 am opening time, enough taxis, safe surroundings.
Nothing for me.

This hotel is located in a convenient area, with many restaurants nearby and attractions within walking distance. It has easy access to downtown and is situated by the walls of some large buildings. the bathroom is reasonably sized and the air conditioning works well. the breakfast provides a good start for the day.
The overall ambiance of the hotel is dull and soulless, lacking in character and charm.

The pool area was very relaxing and perfect for a hot day. The staff was helpful and friendly, always doing their best to assist us. the breakfast was really good with a perfect amount of coffee and an excellent selection of music playing.
The Wi-fi is not optimal and often disconnected, which was frustrating at times. the bar and evening food options were limited, and the customer service could be improved.

Secondly, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the swimming pool area which was perfect for hot days. Thirdly, I was glad to have plenty of taxi options outside and this made transportation very easy. Lastly, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel had a great location close to my business meetings and offered a complimentary gym. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
The air conditioning unit in my room was noisy and the room was a bit outdated. the bathroom could use some updates as well, but it was functional and clean.
